At the meeting, the representative of THDV Green Development Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company reported the idea and investment plan of the project with 3 components: GH2 green energy complex with a scale of 713 hectares, including 5 GH2 modules, 24 domestic production factories; Angus beef cattle breeding center with a scale of 65 hectares, including a farm system, a biomass processing factory purchased from farmers, a cattle feed processing factory and a factory processing organic fertilizers, livestock waste will serve the electricity production industry of the GH2 complex; an agricultural and forestry raw material growing area with an area of about 70,000 hectares... The total investment of the project is about 5 billion USD.
The project will form complexes to produce biomass and renewable electricity and use this electricity source with water electrolysis technology to produce liquefied gas fuel (green hydrogen and green oxygen); provide biomass fuel to serve the electricity production of the GH2 complex and the Angus beef farm... At the same time, the project will create jobs, income and provide necessary support for local people, contributing to the socio-economic development of the province.
Based on the ideas and proposals of investors, at the meeting, representatives of relevant departments, branches and localities analyzed and clarified the feasibility and effectiveness of the project for the goals and orientations of green and sustainable socio-economic development of the province.
Comrade Pham Duc An, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, acknowledged and highly appreciated the attention and selection of Quang Ninh to propose and implement innovative and breakthrough investment ideas.
He emphasized: Green energy is a new trend, chosen by many countries to save energy and be environmentally friendly. Quang Ninh, with its large natural area and favorable environment, has great potential for developing green energy. Therefore, based on the ideas and proposals of investors, departments, branches and localities need to continue to coordinate closely to review and concretize investment ideas.
Departments, branches and localities also need to analyze and explain more specifically the current status and land use structure within the project planning scope on the basis of appropriate land funds; clarify the development orientation, feasibility and effectiveness of each part, and the financial capacity of investors.
With the spirit of learning and close cooperation for mutual development, Quang Ninh always accompanies and creates maximum conditions for investors to develop stably in the province.
