Advance provincial budget for investment projects

The project "Developing the environment and urban infrastructure to respond to climate change in Hoi An city" is one of three projects receiving advance funding.

These are the projects "Connecting the Central Region of Quang Nam Province", the project "Building climate-resilient infrastructure for ethnic minorities (CRIEM) - a component project of Quang Nam Province and the project "Developing the environment and urban infrastructure to respond to climate change in Hoi An City".

In addition, the Provincial People's Committee also requested the Department of Planning and Investment to urgently review and evaluate the ability to balance the provincial budget's public investment capital, period 2021 - 2025. Synthesize projects that need to adjust the total investment (including the project "Road connecting National Highway 14H to DT609C Duy Xuyen and Dai Loc districts", the project "Inner-city road in the West of Prao town, Dong Giang", to propose to add to the medium-term public investment plan of the provincial budget, period 2021 - 2025, report to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and comments before submitting to competent authorities.

The Department of Planning and Investment is responsible for presiding over and coordinating with relevant sectors to advise the Provincial People's Committee to advance public investment capital plans to speed up the progress of key traffic projects.
