Advance provincial budget funds for investment projects.

The project "Developing urban environment and infrastructure to respond to climate change in Hoi An city" is one of three projects that received advance funding.

These include the "Central Region Linkage Project in Quang Nam Province", the "Building Climate Change Adaptation Infrastructure for Ethnic Minorities (CRIEM) - Quang Nam Province Component Project", and the "Developing Urban Environment and Infrastructure to Respond to Climate Change in Hoi An City" project.

Furthermore, the Provincial People's Committee also requested the Department of Planning and Investment to urgently review and assess the feasibility of balancing public investment capital from the provincial budget for the period 2021-2025. It should compile a list of projects requiring adjustments to increase the total investment (including the project "Road connecting National Highway 14H to Provincial Road 609C in Duy Xuyen and Dai Loc districts", and the project "Inner city road west of Prao town, Dong Giang district"), in order to propose their inclusion in the medium-term public investment plan of the provincial budget for the period 2021-2025. This report should be submitted to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and feedback before being presented to the competent authority.

The Department of Planning and Investment is responsible for leading and coordinating with relevant departments to advise the Provincial People's Committee on advancing public investment capital plans to accelerate the progress of key transportation projects.
