On June 9, the leader of the Department of Culture and Sports of Hue City said that the People's Committee of Hue City has just sent a document requesting the Hue Monuments Conservation Center to develop a plan to restore the broken Nguyen Dynasty throne.
Accordingly, after a meeting of the scientific council to assess the current situation and propose a plan to restore the throne (reported by SGGP Newspaper), the Hue City People's Committee agreed to assign the Hue Monuments Conservation Center to urgently develop a plan to restore the national treasure, the Nguyen Dynasty throne, according to the provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage and the guidance of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

The Hue Monuments Conservation Center will develop a plan and report to the Hue City People's Committee before June 20.
During the implementation process, it is necessary to pay attention to applying modern science and technology to determine and analyze the authenticity of raw materials, repair time, and additional preservation over time to choose a solution to restore the throne.
Priority is given to using traditional technology and techniques based on closely following data and current status and making the most of materials (the pieces of the throne armrests collected after being broken) to ensure scientific and sustainable nature.

The Hue Monuments Conservation Center must coordinate with the National Archives Center and organizations and individuals to research, supplement information, and digitize data on the Nguyen Dynasty throne.
It is possible to consider consulting conservation experts to collect additional information and choose the best solution to restore the broken Nguyen Dynasty throne.
