The content of the Orientation Program Framework focuses on researching and supplementing the theoretical and practical basis of basic and urgent issues on ethnic minorities, ethnic work and ethnic policies in the new period; evaluating the results of implementing resolutions, a number of ethnic programs and policies, and the Ethnic Work Strategy for the period 2021-2030; researching, building and piloting sustainable development models in ethnic minority areas; proposing to supplement and perfect the system of viewpoints, policies and guidelines of the Party, policies and laws of the State on the field of ethnic work until 2030, with a vision to 2045; building and standardizing the Data Framework on ethnic minorities in Vietnam; collecting, updating and supplementing the database system of information on ethnic minorities and ethnic work; researching and proposing a Dictionary of some ethnic minorities.
