Provincial Fatherland Front Committee reviews the work of the Front in the first 6 months of the year

In the first 6 months of the year, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and its member organizations actively and proactively implemented the 2025 coordination and unified action program according to plan. Notably, they performed well in propaganda, mobilization, gathering people from all walks of life, strengthening social consensus, promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc; mobilizing people from all walks of life to compete creatively, effectively implementing patriotic emulation campaigns and movements. Focusing on innovating the organization, content, and methods of operation, proactively implementing the project to streamline the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio- political organizations, and mass organizations assigned by the Party and State. Fulfilling the role of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of the people, promoting democracy, stepping up supervision and social criticism, and participating in Party and government building. The Fatherland Front Committees at all levels coordinated with agencies and units to organize 8 meetings with voters before the 9th session of the 14th National Assembly with the participation of more than 1,800 voters; organized more than 300 meetings with voters and People's Council delegates at all levels with the participation of 36,000 voters. Implementing the movement "Eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide in 2025", the provincial Fatherland Front mobilized 25.5 billion VND through the "Social Security" Fund and the "For the Poor" Fund, supporting the construction and repair of 220 houses with a total cost of more than 20.6 billion VND.

Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Tran Thi Hang informed about the activities of the Provincial People's Council in the first 6 months of the year and tasks for the last 6 months of the year. Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ngo Tan Phuong quickly informed about the socio -economic development situation in the first 6 months of the year and tasks and solutions for the last 6 months of the year.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Huong Giang acknowledged and commended the achievements and results of the Fatherland Front at all levels and its member organizations in the past time, and at the same time suggested a number of contents that need to be focused on directing in the coming time: Closely following the political tasks of the locality to propagate, deploy, and concretize the Party's policies and directions; promoting the implementation of campaigns and emulation movements, successfully implementing the goals and tasks of 2025; focusing on implementing well the political tasks of the province after the merger, operating the apparatus of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, mass organizations assigned by the Party and State to operate effectively, efficiently, and effectively; guiding and directing the Fatherland Front at the commune level to promulgate regulations, assign tasks, and organize the Congress for the 2025-2030 term; Prepare well the conditions to advise the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to lead and direct the organization of the Provincial Fatherland Front Congress right after the Provincial Party Congress; strengthen coordination between the Front, mass organizations and agencies of Party committees and authorities; improve the quality of supervision and social criticism activities, participate in Party and government building; train and improve the capacity of cadres, promote the application of digital transformation and information technology in activities...
