With strong direction, the work of resolving voters' petitions in Van Don district has been implemented practically, effectively, sympathetically, and reasonably, meeting the people's requirements and aspirations.

At many meetings with voters, voters of Ngoc Vung commune (Van Don district) have proposed that the functional departments of the district and province conduct a pilot project on leasing water surfaces and tidal flats so that people can feel secure in investing in aquaculture for local households when they have converted styrofoam buoys to HDPE plastic buoys in the area in accordance with the planning.
The District People's Council has supervised the content of the people's recommendations and found that the People's Committee of Ngoc Vung commune has seriously implemented Decision No. 4209/QD-UBND dated December 15, 2016 of the Provincial People's Committee on the master plan for aquaculture development in Quang Ninh province in 2020, with a vision to 2030.
Accordingly, those who are currently raising aquatic products but do not have enough legal procedures are required by the district to maintain the status quo, not to expand the farming area, and after the end of the season, must submit applications for land allocation and land lease to move into the planning area. The People's Committee of Ngoc Vung commune has deployed for households to sign a commitment. This is the basis and condition for the competent authority to pilot the allocation of marine areas to aquaculture households in the commune. It is known that Ngoc Vung commune currently has a planned water surface area of 625.53 hectares, with a total of 130 aquaculture households.
Similarly, voters in Cai Rong town made a recommendation about the current situation of high school students riding motorbikes and electric vehicles at high speed and recklessly, while some middle school students are not old enough to ride motorbikes, but many parents still give them motorbikes to participate in traffic. In areas with major roads, the number of vehicles participating in traffic has increased, potentially causing safety problems. In response to voters' recommendations, the District People's Committee has directed the police, local authorities, and relevant sectors to find solutions to resolve the above situation.

Implementing the direction of the District People's Committee, Cai Rong Town Police coordinated with the District Police Traffic Police Team to daily increase the number of inspection forces at the school gate area to handle cases of students driving motorbikes and electric vehicles that do not meet traffic conditions. The functional forces also increased patrols and control on the roads, patrolling at night to prevent racing, revving the engine, weaving and swerving, causing disturbances to public order and traffic safety in the area.
According to the Standing Deputy Secretary, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Cai Rong Town, Le Thi Hong Chiem, currently, in addition to the police force, departments, branches, organizations, the Fatherland Front, residential groups, and neighborhoods in the town also regularly coordinate to organize propaganda about the Road Traffic Law. However, parents need to pay attention to their children and not let children who are not qualified to use motorbikes or electric bicycles to participate in traffic. Having such synchronous participation will ensure traffic safety in the area, especially among students, thereby contributing to reducing the risk of traffic accidents and ensuring security and order in the town.
