Attending the event were comrades: Do Thi Minh Hoa, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; leaders of a number of provincial departments and branches; Standing members of the Party Committee, People's Council, leaders of the People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee, Public Administration Center of Phu Thong, Vinh Thong and Bach Thong communes.
Accordingly, the new Cam Giang commune organized the 1st Party Executive Committee Conference, 1st term, 2025-2030 term; organized the 1st Session of the Commune People's Council; the first meeting of the People's Committee, the Commune Fatherland Front Committee and tested the operation of the Commune Public Administration Center.
At the first conference, the Party Executive Committee of the commune thoroughly grasped the documents of the Central and the province; Drafted the plan to organize the Congress of Delegates of Cam Giang commune, term I, term 2025-2030. Approved the working regulations of the Party Executive Committee of Cam Giang commune, term I; decided to assign tasks to members of the Standing Committee, the Party Executive Committee of Cam Giang commune, term I, term 2025-2030. Announced the decision to establish the Congress Subcommittees and approved the resolution of the conference.
The first session of the People's Council of Cam Giang commune (new) considered the following contents: Submission and draft resolution on the establishment of Committees of the People's Council of the commune, term 2021-2026; Submission and draft resolution on the establishment of specialized agencies under the People's Committee at the commune level; Submission and draft resolution on the organization of regular sessions of the People's Council in 2025; voted to pass the resolution of the session.
Next, the People's Committee and the Fatherland Front Committee of Cam Giang commune held the first conference to implement the following contents: Approval of the working regulations and work program of the People's Committee; regulations and work program of the Fatherland Front Committee and approval of the resolution of the Conference of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune. Along with that, the Public Administration Service Center of the commune was also put into trial operation, ensuring smooth operation without interruption.
After monitoring the trial operation process, Comrade Do Thi Minh Hoa, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, highly appreciated the preparation and trial operation of Cam Giang commune. At the same time, she requested Cam Giang commune and new communes to absorb discussion opinions, learn from experience and closely follow the instructions of the Central and the province to adjust, supplement and perfect the system of directive and operational documents, develop working regulations, assign specific tasks; not to interrupt operations, not to leave legal gaps when the two-level local government officially comes into operation.../.
