(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of June 25, along with 114 wards, communes and special zones throughout the new Hai Phong city, the new An Hai ward and the new An Phong ward organized a trial operation of the Public Administration Service Center according to the 2-level urban government model, preparing for its official operation from July 1, 2025.

In the new An Hai ward, the ward leaders have directed the Public Administration Center to urgently complete the identity system, arrange functional areas, and transaction counters in accordance with the instructions of the City People's Committee Office. At the same time, arrange a team of officials and civil servants to receive and handle administrative procedures (TTHC) on the city's shared electronic system, ready to guide people to submit documents online at home, gradually improving the quality of service for people and businesses.
