Documents of the 21st Congress need to be concise in theme and enhanced in content

On August 7, speaking at the Document Subcommittee Conference to contribute comments on the draft Documents of the 21st Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 (Documents), comrade Trinh Viet Hung, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Head of the Document Subcommittee emphasized that, in parallel with personnel work, the Documents must be prepared in the most serious, thorough, scientific and thoughtful manner, ensuring that the Congress dossier is complete and of high quality to report to the Politburo and Secretariat's Working Group for approval of the Congress.

Attending the Conference were Standing members of the Provincial Party Committee, members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and members of the Document Subcommittee.

Reporting at the Conference, the Standing Committee of the Document Subcommittee said: Implementing the direction of the Provincial Party Secretary and the Document Subcommittee, the Editorial Team directly worked to listen to and absorb comments from experts and scientists . The reception, editing and supplementation of the Documents of the 21st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 was carried out in accordance with the instructions of the Central Committee.

Comrade Nguyen Dang Binh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council spoke at the Conference.

Up to now, some contents on the Congress theme, capacity, layout, and content have been changed and supplemented based on selectively absorbing comments. Specifically, the Congress theme has been edited to be more concise; the layout of the draft documents has also been rearranged in a more scientific and concise direction, focusing on a more general assessment of the results achieved in the past term; breakthroughs have also been integrated more concisely and succinctly... In addition, some indicators have also been adjusted and changed to suit the major orientations on socio-economic development according to the draft Political Report submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Discussing and contributing opinions at the Conference, delegates said that the acceptance, adjustment and reduction of the volume of reports, the structure, and the rearrangement of the layout as at present are reasonable, ensuring that the Document is concise, succinct, and scientific. The theme of the Congress was also revised to be shorter, but the elements and contents still ensure the major orientation goals of the next term. Delegates also requested the Editorial Board to consider editing and supplementing some words in the Document to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.

Through the discussion of the delegates, the Provincial Party Secretary agreed to assign the Editorial Team to maximally absorb the quality and scientific comments of Party committees, cadres, Party members, experts, scientists, and people from all walks of life in a spirit that is both concise and succinct while ensuring that it does not affect the specific and general goals of the term.
The Provincial Party Secretary also requested the agencies: Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, Provincial Party Committee Office to closely coordinate with the Document Subcommittee to promptly complete the content, form, and printing to send to the Central Committee for comments according to the requirements and schedule.
