Metro (UK) newspaper reported that the identity of the bodyguard of King Charles III has not been officially announced. This man was a member of the security team that protected King Charles III during the coronation on May 6. Previously, the security team served the late Queen Elizabeth II.

The bodyguard has a white beard and has attracted attention on social media. He made his first public appearance on September 8, 2022, according to Metro newspaper.

Last year, the bodyguard pushed away a woman's phone while filming King Charles III. On other occasions, he asked people to "put down their phones and enjoy the moment." He has been protecting King Charles III as a bodyguard ever since.

Netizens praised the bodyguard's handsome appearance. One netizen even suggested he act in a "James Bond" movie.

According to Metro, the coronation of King Charles III on May 6 was strictly secured. About 11,500 police officers - a record number - were mobilized for this important ceremony. British security forces spent months preparing for the coronation of King Charles III. An estimated 100 heads of state attended the ceremony along with many other high-ranking figures.

In a special moment, Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby performed the "anointing" ritual on King Charles III's hands, chest and head. This is considered the most sacred ritual of the May 6 coronation and was broadcast on television.

Notably, the anointing ceremony took place behind a three-sided screen, believed to ensure privacy, one of which featured a tree with the names of all 56 Commonwealth nations on its leaves.
