On the evening of September 14, speaking with VietNamNet , the leader of the People's Committee of Bac Yen district confirmed that there is a risk of landslides in Song Pe commune, and the locality is currently mobilizing people to evacuate to a safe place.

Accordingly, due to the impact of storm No. 3, there were many rains in the district, along with unstable geology, so in Ngam village, Song Pe commune, a crack appeared at the top of the hill, about 200-300 meters from the village.
