- Customers can be completely proactive and easily do it online conveniently through an integrated feature on VPBank NEO (see instructions in the image below).
- In case customers have difficulty updating on the application, they can contact the transaction counter directly for guidance and support from staff. Currently, all VPBank branches/transaction offices nationwide are equipped with biometric data collection devices.
- Requirements for biometric update:
- Customers using 12-digit CCCD with chip
- Customers using 12-digit CCCD without chip, still valid
- Customers using ID cards issued from July 1, 2024 according to the new standards of the Ministry of Public Security
