[Video] Hanoi proactively implements measures to prevent and combat summer diseases

The Hanoi Department of Health has directed 100% of districts, towns and cities to develop and implement plans to prevent and control dengue fever before the epidemic season.

According to the Hanoi Center for Disease Control, as of the third week of May, the entire city recorded 251 cases of dengue fever, although down compared to the same period in 2024, but showing signs of increasing again in recent weeks.

Faced with this reality, the Hanoi health sector continues to coordinate with localities to promote measles vaccination, closely monitor cases and outbreaks in the community and schools.
