The hypothetical situation is a strong thunderstorm accompanied by thunder and heavy rain causing widespread power outages, affecting more than 2,000 households. Immediately after receiving the information, the Phu Binh Power Company's Disaster Prevention, Search and Rescue Command immediately activated the emergency plan, mobilizing forces and vehicles to the scene.

The shock teams quickly deployed remedial measures: cordoning off the incident area, isolating the power grid to ensure safety, and replacing broken porcelain strings. After completing the repairs, the entire site was thoroughly inspected before safely re-energizing.
