Through information gathering, many families are worried that the construction progress of the project may be prolonged due to the increase in prices and scarcity of construction materials. Some households have not been able to start construction due to lack of access to construction materials, especially the high price of sand, and have had to wait for many days.

According to the report on the results of the implementation of the work of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses, Dak Mil district currently has 173 houses in need of support, of which 94 are newly built and 79 are repaired. The progress of phase 1 has completed 26/40 houses, the remaining houses have basically reached 80% of the construction volume.

Moving to phase 2 and phase 3, the progress of the construction of new houses encountered many difficulties when there were still more than 50 unfinished projects, not counting the houses being repaired. The reasons were due to the rainy weather, lack of labor, and the increasing price of materials every day.

Faced with common difficulties, the leaders of Dak Mil District People's Committee directed relevant departments and commune leaders to overcome time pressure to complete the project before the scheduled date. Communes help each other, communes with few households needing to remove temporary leaky houses will support communes with many households needing to remove temporary leaky houses.

Dak Mil District leaders requested the District Military Command to support the communes with forces to help households during the construction process. The communes should monitor the situation and report regularly to promptly resolve problems and soon complete the assigned goals.
