Vietcombank: Free internet calls are integrated in VCB Digibank

The outstanding advantage of free internet calls in VCB Digibank is that there is no need to remember the switchboard number and it is convenient for customers who are abroad, just press the call button, no need to switch networks. This is a new feature that first appeared on the VCB Digibank digital banking service, helping customers have more options to connect to Vietcombank switchboard for free, in addition to the traditional calling method through the telecommunications network. Along with the launch of the new version of VCB Digibank, Vietcombank has integrated the free internet call feature to help customers contact Vietcombank switchboard more quickly and easily, especially customers outside of Vietnam .
With the recent arrangement of capital worth 1.8 billion USD for the Long Thanh International Airport Project and other major projects, Vietcombank's reputation, position and role are once again affirmed.
To use this feature, customers only need to have an internet connection, log in and press the call button right inside VCB Digibank. The system will connect to the switchboard and support staff via the internet. Currently, the call button has been integrated into the VCB Digibank transfer screen (the most used transaction) and will be expanded to many other screens in the near future. To call the switchboard from VCB Digibank, customers follow the detailed instructions as follows: For VCB Digibank app: Log in >> Domestic money transfer >> Search for the call icon next to the "Continue" button and follow the instructions; For VCB Digibank website: Log in >> Domestic money transfer >> Look for the call icon next to the hotline number on the left side of the screen. With the implementation of the internet call feature, customers will have another form of contact with Vietcombank switchboard quickly and easily to receive service and support when needed./.
