Vietcombank donates a car to the Central Hospital of Traditional Medicine for medical examination and treatment

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) Chuong Duong Branch has just presented the Central Hospital of Traditional Medicine with a 16-seat car, worth 950 million VND.

The gift from VCB Chuong Duong Branch contributes to upgrading facilities and supporting transportation in medical examination and treatment at the hospital, aiming to improve the quality of health care services for the people.

Mr. Nguyen Ba Minh - Director of Vietcombank Chuong Duong Branch said that the branch currently has total assets of more than 40,000 billion VND, with about 160 officers and employees.

Vietcombank Chuong Duong Branch always cares about and demonstrates its role and responsibility for the community with many practical and meaningful social security activities. The total budget for social security programs of VCB Chuong Duong from 2020 to present is more than 9 billion VND.

Some typical social security programs include: Supporting people with meritorious services, students in difficult circumstances; supporting schools in flood-affected areas in the Central region (2020); supporting medical equipment, test kits, protective clothing for local People's Committees and hospitals to prevent and fight the Covid-19 epidemic (2021); donating medical equipment, teaching and learning materials to hospitals and schools in Hanoi, Lao Cai, Nghe An, Thai Binh... (2023); giving free meals to patients treated at Duc Giang Hospital (2024)...
