At the Workshop program, Mr. Hoang Trung Thanh, General Director of Viettel Post, said: In early November 2024, Viettel Group signed a contract to lease the entire infrastructure of the Cargo Transit Area project to implement the Viettel Lang Son Logistics Park project. Accordingly, Viettel Lang Son Logistics Park (in Phu Xa commune, Cao Loc district, Lang Son province) will have a total investment of nearly 3,300 billion VND, with a land use scale of more than 143 hectares. Viettel Lang Son Logistics Park is built as a dry port, fully integrating customs clearance and import-export functions. The activities of Viettel Lang Son Logistics Park include cargo transit and logistics services such as: regular container yard and refrigerated container yard; bulk cargo warehouse, cold storage; import-export support services; bonded warehouse, temporary import and re-export storage; customs inspection and storage area; Vietnam - China vehicle transit yard...
Currently, Viettel Lang Son Logistics Park has built and completed items such as: centralized customs center, cargo transit service area, cargo parking system and ancillary works of phase 1 with an area of about 58 hectares.
According to information from Viettel Post's leaders, on December 11, 2024, Viettel Post will hold the opening ceremony of Viettel Lang Son Logistics Park.
It is known that when Viettel Lang Son Logistics Park officially comes into operation, it will contribute to increasing the efficiency of customs clearance of goods through Lang Son province's border gates by 2 times compared to the current efficiency.
