SANITARY CERAMICS DEPARTMENT IS READY TO START UP - VIGLACERA MY XUAN STARTS PRODUCTION

Right after the 2025 Spring Opening Program and the Launching Ceremony of PVD Coated Faucet Technology - Low Pressure Casting for the nationwide distributor system on February 12, 2025, Viglacera My Xuan Ceramic Company officially started production to join the early year events of Viglacera Sanitary Ceramics Department, ready to enter the new year with a bright spirit and exciting expectations.

At 8:00 a.m. on February 12, 2025, in the tunnel kiln system control room, the control programming switches were officially started one by one, marking the beginning of the promising 7th year of operation.

Leaders of Viglacera Sanitary Ware Department, Viglacera My Xuan Porcelain Company and Viglacera Trading Joint Stock Company are ready to start the factory.

Although it is the youngest factory in the Viglacera sanitary ware production system, My Xuan owns an impressive capacity of 750,000 products/year, contributing to bringing Viglacera into the Top 30 largest sanitary ware manufacturers in the world (according to statistics of ACIMAC - Italy in 2021). Built in a modern style according to European standards, the factory has applied advanced world technologies such as tunnel kilns, automatic enamel spraying with robot systems, high pressure casting belts, automated lifting lines, etc., Viglacera's sanitary ware has met the most stringent requirements, especially from export customers in markets requiring high quality standards such as the US, Australia, Japan, EU, Middle East, etc.

PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES ARE BUSY THROUGHOUT THE TET AT TY

On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, while many companies and businesses temporarily stopped operations for Tet holiday, Viglacera still maintained a bustling production pace, ensuring the progress and quality of orders in the first days of the year. This is a testament to Viglacera's determination and commitment to successfully implementing the production and business plan for 2025 right from the first days and months. Factories of Viglacera Tien Son Joint Stock Company, Viglacera Ha Long Joint Stock Company, Phu My Super White Float Glass Company Limited ... has organized production throughout Tet, in order to fully and promptly supply goods for the spring sales program at the beginning of the year of the Snake.

Mr. Doan Hai Mau, Director of Viglacera Tien Son Joint Stock Company said: “The company has 2 production lines running through Tet at Viglacera Eurotile and Viglacera Thai Binh factories, in the North and South. To ensure productivity and quality, the company has coordinated with Viglacera Ceramic Tile Trading Joint Stock Company to select and produce product samples in export orders. Before Tet, the company had prepared enough raw materials, built backup plans, and at the same time cared for the lives, salaries, and bonuses for working through Tet and promptly encouraged the spirit of staff and workers. During the process of maintaining machinery and equipment, the teams were assigned clear tasks, monitored progress, and ensured absolute labor safety. The goal is to ensure stable equipment quality, increase recovery rates, and improve product quality. The repair department handed over and signed a full equipment acceptance report before putting it into operation. Plan the production structure products for each line, prepare raw materials to ensure operations according to plan.”

Due to the nature of the construction materials industry, Viglacera's production activities cannot be suspended for too long, especially at the beginning of the year when the demand for construction materials is increasing. Therefore, Viglacera's factories have planned and implemented measures to maintain continuous production activities throughout the Tet holiday, ensuring no disruption to the supply chain and timely response to customer needs.

Viglacera Ha Long Joint Stock Company's Trade Union gives Tet gifts to employees

Mr. Nguyen Huu Mao, Chairman of the Trade Union of Viglacera Ha Long Joint Stock Company shared: “The company organized production according to the plan set at the beginning of the year. In January 2025, employees voluntarily registered to work during Tet, ensuring that work was completed according to the set productivity and quality. Production speed was adjusted to reduce during Tet to create conditions for employees to have maximum holidays and time to gather with their families. The company completed the quality and output plan for January without any difficulties. The salary regime for employees working on holidays is paid according to the provisions of the Labor Law. During Tet, the company also paid special attention, organized lucky money and warm meals for employees working on this holiday. The Tieu Giao Tile Factory and the Hoanh Bo Tile Factory operated during Tet, the Cotto Brick Factory stopped production for periodic maintenance and will restart on February 13. Preparations have been completed, all factors are ready for the restart process.”
