VinFast is applying a nationwide incentive program for electric motorbikes, combining a direct 10% discount with 100% support for registration fees. The VinFast Feliz line includes four versions all of which are subject to discounts, with current prices respectively: Feliz NEO 19.7 million VND; Feliz 2025 22.8 million VND; Feliz Lite 22.8 million VND; Feliz S 26.1 million VND. The maximum announced distance is up to 262 km when configured with dual batteries on some versions.

Launched in September 2025, VinFast Feliz 2025 is a significant upgrade of the Feliz line with changes in battery, performance and design. The car is equipped with a dual battery system including a fixed 2.4 kWh battery and a removable auxiliary battery tray (additional purchase of 5 million VND). When both batteries are installed, the maximum announced distance is 262 km/charge.

Chassis equipment includes front disc brakes, rear drum brakes, double shock absorbers. 34-liter storage compartment, 780 mm high saddle, flat footrest, LED light cluster and fully digital clock.

Feliz Lite: 48 km/h limit, suitable for users without a driver's license

The Feliz Lite is aimed at riders aged 16 and over and does not require a driver's license as the top speed is limited to 48 km/h. The vehicle uses a 1,800 W in-hub motor, with a maximum of 2,800 W, and has two driving modes: ECO/SPORT.

The car has a built-in 2.4 kWh LFP battery manufactured by VinFast, for a distance of 134 km/charge. When adding a 2.4 kWh auxiliary battery (additional purchase of 5 million VND), the total distance can reach 262 km/charge. Outstanding equipment: full-vehicle LED lighting system, digital clock, IP67 water resistance, regenerative braking. Practical convenience with a 34-liter trunk, 141 mm ground clearance, 780 mm seat height.

Feliz NEO: economical choice, sufficient for urban use

Feliz NEO is the lowest priced version in the Feliz product range. The rear wheel-mounted in-hub motor has a nominal capacity of 1.5 kW, maximum capacity of 2 kW; maximum speed of 60 km/h; two driving modes: ECO/Sport. The 2 kWh LFP battery provides a maximum distance of 114 km/charge (according to the announcement).

Chassis equipment includes front disc brakes, rear mechanical (drum) brakes; front telescopic shock absorbers, rear double springs; tubeless tires. Amenities: 21 liter trunk, wide footrest, graded saddle and reasonably arranged handlebars. Sporty design, many colors.

Feliz S: highest configuration, maximum speed 78 km/h

Feliz S is the most advanced version of the Feliz line. Electric motor with rated capacity of 1,800 W, maximum 3,000 W; maximum speed of 78 km/h; two driving modes ECO/SPORT. LFP battery with capacity of 3.5 kWh for a maximum distance of 198 km/charge; charging time with a standard charger is about 6 hours from 0–100%.

VinFast electric motorbikes using LFP batteries are currently covered by a 6-year genuine warranty for the vehicle and an 8-year warranty for the battery, with no mileage limit (as announced).
