VinFast ZGoo has just been launched in Vietnam, targeting young users with a neat design, reasonable basic equipment and LFP battery emphasizing safety. According to the announcement, the car uses a 600W Inhub engine (maximum 1,100W), maximum speed of 39 km/h, distance of about 70 km per charge under conditions of maintaining 30 km/h. The listed price of 14.9 million VND (including VAT, battery and charger), is currently reduced by 10% and 100% support for registration fee, bringing the actual price to about 13 million VND.

Neat for the city, aimed at GenZ

ZGoo has a modern, innovative design, aimed at students aged 16 and over and young users. Overall dimensions of 1,720 x 700 x 1,050 mm, wheelbase of 1,230 mm help the vehicle easily navigate the city. Projector LED headlights provide focused, clear light; LED turn signals increase recognition. The monolithic body surfaces create a solid, compact feel.

The HMI LED Color digital dashboard displays speed, distance, battery level and driving mode intuitively. The footrest is wide and the saddle is soft; the separate rear footrest makes getting on and off easier and creates a balanced sitting position. The bike is available in four paint colors to choose from.

Inhub Engine and Urban Operation

The Inhub engine developed by VinFast has a nominal capacity of 600W and a maximum of 1,100W. The vehicle has two driving modes: Eco prioritizes smoothness and economy; Sport enhances performance. According to VinFast's announcement, the ZGoo accelerates from 0-39 km/h in less than 16 seconds. The maximum speed reaches 39 km/h in Sport mode and 30 km/h in Eco mode.

The engine meets IP67 waterproof standards, supporting operation in the rain or when going through lightly flooded areas. The front and rear hydraulic shock absorbers help limit vibration on rough roads. The 137 mm ground clearance supports low curbs and small potholes. The 10 x 3.0 tires and front and rear mechanical brakes aim for stability and easy control in the urban speed range.

LFP battery: safe, low center of gravity

ZGoo uses a 1.2 kWh LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery, weighing about 10 kg, placed under the footrest to lower the center of gravity. According to the announcement, the car can travel about 70 km for each full charge when maintaining a speed of 30 km/h. Standard charging time is 6 hours 30 minutes (0-100%) with the included 210W charger. Users can charge at home or at VinFast's public charging station system.

The battery has smart charging and thermal management: the car automatically stops charging when the battery is too hot (over 72°C) and it is recommended to only charge when the capacity is below 20% to optimize its lifespan. The car has a 6-year genuine warranty; the battery has an 8-year warranty, unlimited mileage.

Daily use utilities

The 14-liter under-seat storage can hold a helmet, raincoat, and personal belongings. The maximum load of 130 kg meets the needs of transporting two people within urban areas. The LED Projector lighting system and LED turn signals improve visibility and recognition at night.

Prices and promotions

The listed price of VinFast ZGoo is 14.9 million VND (including VAT, battery and charger). According to the ongoing VinFast promotion program (expected to last until the end of 2025), buyers will receive a 10% discount and 100% support for registration fees, bringing the actual price to about 13 million VND at the present time.
