Vinh Phuc creates jobs for nearly 20 thousand workers

As of October 15, 2024, Vinh Phuc has created jobs for over 19,600 workers. This is the result of the synchronous and effective implementation of measures to create jobs for workers in the area.

Identifying job creation for workers as an important task to stabilize the labor market, contributing to the successful completion of socio -economic development targets. The Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs has increased the dissemination of the Labor Code to employers and employees to raise awareness of responsibility for compliance with the law on labor and employment policies; regularly reviewing and updating labor market information, flexibly implementing forms of labor and employment connections, creating a bridge between businesses, vocational training institutions and workers to coordinate in recruiting, training and employing workers to work in businesses.

At the same time, promote expansion and cooperation in foreign labor markets, create the most favorable conditions for businesses to select laborers from the province to supply to work abroad; implement loan policies to support employment for laborers, especially those from policy households, so that they have sustainable jobs.

Thanks to that, in the first 10 months of 2024, the whole province created jobs for over 19,600 workers, an increase of 8.83% over the same period, exceeding the 2024 plan by 15.32%.
