Vinh Yen completes collecting voters' opinions on the arrangement of administrative units at provincial and commune levels.

By 5:00 p.m. on April 20, Vinh Yen city had completed collecting voters' opinions on the Project to arrange commune-level administrative units in 2025 of Vinh Phuc province; the Project to merge Vinh Phuc province, Hoa Binh province, Phu Tho province to establish a new province called Phu Tho province.

The conference deployed the contents of collecting voters' opinions on the Project on rearranging administrative units at provincial and commune levels of Vinh Yen city.

According to the project to rearrange commune-level administrative units in 2025 of the province, Vinh Yen city will rearrange 9 current commune-level administrative units to establish 2 administrative units: Vinh Phuc ward and Vinh Yen ward.

Vinh Phuc Ward was established from 5 wards including: Dinh Trung, Lien Bao, Khai Quang, Ngo Quyen and Dong Da, with a natural area of ​​23.5km2, a population of more than 72,000 people. Vinh Yen Ward was established from 4 communes and wards including: Tich Son, Hoi Hop, Dong Tam and Thanh Tru, with an area of ​​25km2, a population of more than 55,000 people.

To ensure progress as required by the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, the City Party Committee and the City People's Committee have directed and guided communes and wards to organize the collection of voters' opinions in the area according to regulations; established groups to collect voters' opinions in villages and residential groups; directed the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio -political organizations to coordinate in promoting information and propaganda on policies, plans and contents related to the arrangement and reorganization of administrative units at all levels, creating consensus among cadres, civil servants, public employees and people on policies, plans and contents related to the arrangement of administrative units.

According to the plan, before 5:00 p.m. on April 22, Vinh Yen City People's Committee will complete a report summarizing the results of collecting voters' opinions and the results of meetings of the City People's Council, People's Councils of communes and wards to send to the Provincial People's Committee (via the Department of Home Affairs).
