Accordingly, Vinhomes and Nomura Real Estate will cooperate closely in the following areas: housing development (high-rise and low-rise), commercial real estate (shopping malls, office buildings), Logistics Center and other key areas related to real estate. Immediately after the agreement is realized, the leading Japanese corporation will invest heavily in Vinhomes urban areas and real estate-related areas with Vinhomes nationwide in the coming time.

With Nomura Real Estate's rich experience in Japan and internationally, along with Vinhomes' reputation and deep understanding of the domestic market, promoting strategic cooperation between the two real estate developers will bring to the market world-class urban projects, contributing to improving the quality of life and infrastructure in Vietnam.

Currently, Nomura Real Estate Group and Vinhomes have been and are continuing to expand cooperation in developing real estate projects at Vinhomes Royal Island (Vu Yen, Hai Phong ) and Vinhomes Grand Park (Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh City).
