Foreign investors returned to net selling across all three exchanges, totaling over 126 billion VND, focusing on stocks such as VIC (166.81 billion VND), VCB (153.62 billion VND), DGC (122.21 billion VND), SGB (63.87 billion VND), MSN (61.12 billion VND), etc.
