Hoang Bach and Doan Thanh Thao decided to give up their 300m2 penthouse in the city center to move to a garden house in the suburbs, seeking the experience of living close to nature after 25 years in a high-rise building.

At the end of July 2025, singer Hoang Bach's wife surprised everyone when she announced her decision to give up her central penthouse to move to a suburban garden house. Many friends were surprised when she and her husband made this choice.

Thanh Thao admits that at each age, the perception of life is different, leading to new priorities and values in life. What she previously considered a "downgrade" has now become the perfect choice for the current stage.

Just 4-5 years ago, Thanh Thao's concept of success was associated with living in the city center in a penthouse of over 300 square meters. The penthouse interior reflects a refined aesthetic taste with a round coffee table, comfortable sofa and many decorative green plants. The penthouse has a modern living space with a spacious living room, luxurious bronze wall clock and entertainment corner with large TV.

The open kitchen area is smartly arranged with white cabinets, a convenient kitchen island and a cozy dining area. The living space is optimized to suit the family's needs. The apartment is minimalistically designed with white as the main color, natural wooden floors create a warm feeling. The reading corner is arranged separately with a full bookshelf.

The penthouse's decoration style blends modern and classic with details such as black iron stairs and delicate white railings. Every corner of the house is meticulously cared for by Thanh Thao, demonstrating her talent for interior decoration.

The penthouse terrace is a special highlight with a cool green garden and a trellis system that creates natural shade.

This area is used by the family to grow clean vegetables, creating a relaxing space in the heart of the city. Thanh Thao often spends time taking care of the garden with her children, nurturing her love of nature.

Evenings at the penthouse are often spent with cozy parties with friends and family. The space is romantically decorated with red roses, sparkling candles and high-end wine. Hoang Bach and Thanh Thao often celebrate special anniversaries at this house.

Life "floating in the air" in the penthouse gradually became monotonous for Thanh Thao. She wanted a more spacious space, closer to the sky and earth so that her children could experience a natural life.
