Nearly 400 colonel-level officers, battalion-level and squadron-level officers and equivalents in the entire Region participated in the study. At the conference, soldiers studied and researched four topics: Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology on practicing democracy and discipline in the Vietnam People's Army; promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology on inspection, supervision and enforcement of party discipline in grassroots party organizations in the current Army Party Committee; some solutions to improve the effectiveness of ideological work in management, discipline training, and safety assurance in the Navy today; raising awareness and responsibility of soldiers towards their families, units, comrades and teammates.

The conference aims to thoroughly grasp andeducate cadres and officers in the entire region to grasp the content of political education topics in 2024. Thereby, building cadres and party members with political mettle, confidence, determination, high unity in perception and action; exemplary, with a good sense of responsibility in performing duties and responsibilities, building strong, comprehensive agencies and units that are "exemplary and typical", and Party organizations that excellently complete assigned tasks.
On April 25, the Political Department of Naval Region 4 continued to organize a class for lieutenant officers and professional soldiers of the Regional Command and its affiliated battalions.
