Dray Bhang Commune (new) stabilizes its apparatus, serving the people well

On the morning of June 30, cadres and people of Dray Bhang commune (new) attended the online conference to announce resolutions and decisions of the Central and local governments on merging administrative units, establishing party organizations, appointing Party committees, People's Councils, People's Committees, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of the province and communes and wards of Dak Lak province; at the same time, organizing the handover of decisions on personnel work in Dray Bhang commune (new).

In the villages and hamlets in the commune, people watched the ceremony announcing the merger and change of administrative boundaries with excitement and solemnity. For the people, this was not only a simple administrative event but also a historical mark, showing the positive changes of their homeland. Everyone was happy and had high expectations for the new development path of the locality after the merger.

Mr. Y Sanh Buondap, a prestigious person in Hra Ea Hing hamlet, Dray Bhăng commune, said that the merger of administrative units is a major policy of the Party and State to streamline the apparatus and improve management and operation efficiency. People in the hamlet are very interested and have high expectations for the leadership and management staff after the merger.

Mr. Y Sanh hopes that the staff assigned must be truly "dedicated, capable and talented", meaning that they must not only be close to the people, understand the people, know how to listen and share with the people, but also have enough capacity, qualifications and courage to effectively manage the work, leading the locality to develop more and more.

Dray Bhang commune (new) was established on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of Dray Bhang commune, Hoa Hiep commune and part of Ea Bhok commune (Cu Kuin district). Dray Bhang commune (new) has a natural area of 101.37 ^km2 ; population of 39,801 people. The working headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee of the new commune are located in Kim Chau village, Dray Bhang commune (new).

Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dray Bhang Commune (new) Le Phuoc Toan shared: “This is an important milestone, leaving many emotions in me as well as all the cadres and people in the area. The merger, change of administrative boundaries and organization of two-level government agencies is not only a legal event but also represents a new development step in the organization of the administrative apparatus, towards streamlining, efficiency and better serving the people. I feel honored to witness and accompany this transformation period of the locality”.

At the same time, deploying and resolving administrative procedures to serve the people to ensure smoothness and no interruptions, in order to meet the requirements and expectations of the people in the new period.
