Invitation to implement commercial housing projects according to Resolution 171 of the National Assembly

Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Da Nang, Mr. Pham Nam Son, signed the notice on registration to implement commercial housing projects according to Resolution No. 171 of the National Assembly on piloting the implementation of commercial housing projects through agreements on receiving land use rights or having land use rights in the city.

Accordingly, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Da Nang City invites organizations that are interested in submitting applications to implement the pilot project. Organizations and enterprises registering to implement the project must have documents proving their financial capacity. These include the investor's financial statements for the last 2 years; parent company's commitment to support; financial support commitment from financial institutions; guarantee of the investor's financial capacity; other documents proving the investor's financial capacity...

The Department of Agriculture and Environment of Da Nang City said that the deadline for submitting project registration documents is November 8, 2025. Registration documents are submitted directly to the one-stop department of the Da Nang City Administrative Center; via public postal service to the Da Nang City Public Administration Service Center or submitted on the National Public Service Portal...

It is known that before the merger, the old Da Nang city approved the adjustment of the City Housing Development Program for the period 2021 - 2030. Accordingly, Da Nang has 69 areas planned for social housing development; 54 areas planned for social housing projects. The list of areas planned for commercial housing development is 122 areas. Of which, there are 72 areas implementing projects, including 14 areas in Hai Chau district, 23 areas in Son Tra district, 16 areas in Ngu Hanh Son district, 13 areas in Lien Chieu district, 2 areas in Hoa Vang district, 2 areas in Cam Le district, 2 areas combining Lien Chieu district and Hoa Vang district.

In addition, Da Nang also has 50 areas planned for project implementation, including: 12 areas in Hai Chau district, 11 areas in Son Tra district, 5 areas in Ngu Hanh Son district, 5 areas in Lien Chieu district, 13 areas in Hoa Vang district, 4 areas in Cam Le district. Quang Nam province (old) has also identified 28 locations and positions for housing development.
