Hao Duoc Commune is recognized as meeting new rural standards in 2023.

Implementing the National Target Program on New Rural Construction, in recent times, the Party Committee, government and people of Hao Duoc commune have strived to achieve 19/19 criteria on new rural construction with a total implementation resource of over 107 billion VND, of which the State budget provided nearly 103 billion VND, the commune budget more than 1.6 billion VND and mobilized resources of nearly 2.9 billion VND.

Mr. Truong Tan Dat - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development awarded the certificate of recognition of the commune meeting new rural standards in 2023 to the leaders of Hao Duoc commune.

The traffic system has been upgraded to meet the prescribed standards; 100% of households use the national grid; 100% of schools meet national standards; the Commune Cultural, Sports and Community Learning Center and the Hamlet Cultural Houses have been built to meet the prescribed standards. 5/5 hamlets have maintained the title of "Cultural Hamlet" for 5 years or more.

Average income per capita in 2023 will reach 65.77 million VND/person/year. The rate of people participating in health insurance will reach over 90%; local security and order will always be maintained.
