Entering the difficult and arduous period of resistance against French colonialism, because Bac Giang was a strategic area, both occupied by the enemy and interspersed between us and the enemy. In 1947, the Bac Giang News was carried out by the Information and Propaganda Department. The main political task was to reflect agricultural production and build the People's Armed Forces. In 1950, in response to new requirements, the Internal News merged with Bac Giang News and took the name Bac Giang News under the Provincial Administrative Resistance Committee. The task of Bac Giang News was to propagate the Party and Government 's guidelines and policies on the resistance, the direction of the Provincial Party Committee and the Administrative Resistance Committee in combat and production, reporting on victories, and strengthening the trust of cadres, party members, and people in the Party.

Every day, the press integrated into the fight. The team of journalists went to the places where the enemy bombed to get news, used loudspeakers to warn enemy planes, printed newspapers, and participated in distribution day and night to both produce and fight. The press work in the resistance war against the US, to save the country, accompanied the Party Committee, Government and People in the province on all fronts, contributing to the victory in the cause of building socialism in the North and the resistance war against the US, to save the country in Ha Bac province.
