During the inspection, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan assessed that the initial basic testing steps were operating stably, and the procedures were carried out quickly. Through monitoring, some officers were still quite confused and performed operations a bit slowly, so they needed to continue practicing more smoothly.

According to the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province, this time, the province sent key leaders to inspect and supervise all the testing processes of 58 new communes and wards. After the testing, the People's Committee of this province will summarize to evaluate, complete the process, and move towards synchronous implementation.

In addition, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan also said that the province has a plan to conduct training for all cadres and leaders from now until June 30 in the most important and urgent fields to officially operate the two-level local government. During this process, the province will also screen and select a team of dedicated, capable and responsible cadres to arrange positions when the two-level local government of Gia Lai is put into operation (July 1).

“Every year, the province will also evaluate the performance of cadres using KPI. If anyone fails to meet the requirements, they will have to be replaced, including the secretary or chairman,” the Chairman of the Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee emphasized.
