On the afternoon of July 21, the grassroots Party cell of the People's Committee of Hoa Thang commune, Lam Dong province successfully organized the first congress for the 2025 - 2030 term.

The grassroots Party cell of the People's Committee of Hoa Thang commune (after the merger) has 30 party members. Immediately after the establishment of the Party cell, the Party Committee paid attention to arranging, consolidating and perfecting the apparatus, assigning appropriate responsibilities to each comrade in the Party cell committee and each party member.

In the spirit of solidarity, unity and concentration of intelligence, the Congress discussed and approved the draft directions, tasks and tasks for the 2025-2030 term to be submitted to the Congress; discussed and contributed comments on the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party and the draft Political Report to be submitted to the 1st Provincial Party Congress and the draft Political Report to be submitted to the 1st Commune Party Congress, term 2025-2030; and approved the Resolution on directions, goals and tasks for the 2025-2030 term.

Accordingly, the goal is to focus on building a strong Party cell in all aspects of politics, ideology, ethics and organization. Improve the quality of Party cell activities. Focus on leading the successful completion of the targets and tasks set forth in the Resolution such as: 100% of Party members and the masses are thoroughly informed and study the Party's directives, resolutions, regulations, State laws and political activities organized by Party committees at all levels; 100% of cadres and Party members seriously register and commit to cultivating and practicing in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics and style. Strive to build 1-2 typical advanced examples in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics and style; every year, agency leaders meet cultural standards, ensure security and order, build green, clean and beautiful units and agencies; 100% of cadres and Party members' families achieve the title of Cultural Family...

The Congress implemented Decision No. 39-QD/DU dated July 10, 2025 of the Hoa Thang Commune Party Committee on the establishment of the Party Cell; appointed the Party Committee, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary of the Hoa Thang Commune People's Committee's grassroots Party Cell. Specifically, the Party Cell Committee consists of 7 comrades, of which the Party Cell Secretary is comrade Tho Minh Bao.
