Luc Yen Commune implements budget collection work in the last months of 2025

By October 20, 2025, the total budget revenue in Luc Yen commune reached 285.9 billion VND, reaching 82% of the province's estimate. To complete the budget revenue targets for 2025, on October 22, the Commune People's Committee held a working conference with agencies and units to deploy budget collection solutions in the last months of the year.

At the conference, delegates listened to the assessment of budget collection results in the commune up to October 2025. The units assigned to collect and relevant agencies coordinated with the villages to effectively direct, propagate and mobilize taxpayers to fulfill their obligations to the state. In coordination with the Tax Department 9, the villages reviewed arising cases, adjusted the registers accurately and correctly to the correct taxpayers.

According to the report, the total budget revenue in Luc Yen commune by October 20, 2025 reached 285.9 billion VND, reaching 82% of the estimate assigned by the province. Of which, the balanced revenue reached 220.9 billion VND, equal to 100.2% of the estimate assigned by the province; land use fee revenue was over 65 billion VND, equal to 50.7% of the estimate assigned by the province. According to the assessment of Base Tax 9, in 2025, in the commune, there were some unexpected revenue items of about 39.5 billion VND, of which value added tax revenue from real estate transfer was about 19 billion VND; other budget revenue was about 3.5 billion VND; revenue from temporary accounts paid to the state budget, revenue from anti-loss work was about 17 billion VND.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and raising difficulties and obstacles in tax collection at the local level, proposing solutions for effective implementation and ensuring progress.

Chairman of Luc Yen Commune People's Committee Hoang Trung Hai delivered a concluding speech at the conference.

In his concluding remarks, comrade Hoang Trung Hai - Chairman of the Commune People's Committee requested the Economic Department to coordinate with the Tax Department 9, the Management Board of Yen Binh Area Construction Investment Project to advise the Commune Tax Advisory Council to properly collect taxes according to regulations; review business households to comply with regulations on business registration and tax payment.

At the same time, closely coordinate with investors and project owners to promptly remove difficulties in site clearance; increase revenue from land use conversion and legalization to ensure revenue for the commune budget. Agencies and villages strengthen propaganda and mobilize taxpayers to fulfill their obligations to the state, strive to achieve 100% of the plan and exceed assigned targets.
