On the morning of October 23, the Department of Home Affairs organized a training conference to improve capacity for nearly 170 officers working in propaganda, consulting, job introduction and sending workers to work abroad under contracts in 2025 in 4 wards of Yen Bai, Van Phu, Nam Cuong, and Au Lau.

During the 2 days (October 23-24), the students will be introduced by leaders and lecturers of the Department of Home Affairs to the new points of the 2025 Employment Law (effective from January 1, 2026); instructions on implementing policies to support job creation, such as: loans to solve employment; career conversion, employment for workers in rural areas; public employment; employment for youth and the elderly; employment for workers whose land has been recovered; labor registration; labor market information; employment services; unemployment insurance.

In addition, trainees are also guided in implementing policies to support workers working abroad under labor contracts and markets that send workers to work abroad under contracts; defining authority, decentralization, and delegation of power to perform state management tasks in the field of labor and employment when organizing two-level local governments.

The training course helps grassroots cadres do a good job of advising Party committees and authorities to direct and promote propaganda work, guide the State's policies and guidelines on consulting, job introduction, sending workers to work abroad under contracts; help workers raise awareness, actively participate in labor export to escape poverty.
