The emergence of modern commercial systems, supermarkets, convenience stores... not only meets the people's demand for trading goods but also creates a new, increasingly civilized and modern appearance for the locality. In addition, online sales and business in the commune tend to increase, contributing to meeting the shopping needs of the people. Ms. Le Thi Thanh Huong, owner of an electronics and refrigeration store in the commune, said: "Taking advantage of the commune center and convenient transportation system, my family has been trading in electronics and refrigeration products for many years.

To attract customers and increase revenue, in addition to complying with state and local regulations, my family focuses on selling products with guaranteed quality, clear origin and regularly implements promotional programs and customer care... Thanks to that, from a small store, I have now expanded it into a supermarket and operated stably, creating jobs for 4 workers."

With the rapid industrial development, in recent years, Nhu Quynh commune has attracted a large number of workers to live and work. Grasping the need for accommodation, many households in the commune have invested in building spacious boarding houses and developing boarding services. The commune currently has over 1,000 households with rooms for thousands of workers and students to rent, bringing in a stable income.

According to the commune's review, 90% of the rented rooms have kitchens and private bathrooms; the rental price is about 1 - 2 million VND/room/month. The development of trade and services has contributed to increasing the income of people in the commune. Up to now, 60% of households developing their economy from this field have an income of hundreds of millions of VND/household/year. In addition, the trade and service sector contributes to creating jobs for over 14,000 workers in and outside the commune with an income of 6 - 10 million VND/person/month.

Comrade Do Hoang Tung, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nhu Quynh Commune, said: To promote trade and service development, the Party Committee and the People's Committee of the Commune always encourage and create conditions for people and businesses to invest in production and business in many forms such as: Propagating administrative procedure reform, supporting people to access preferential loans from credit institutions; regularly coordinating with functional agencies to strictly control the trading and production of goods, ensuring food hygiene and safety, fire prevention and fighting; propagating and guiding regulations on temporary residence management and temporary residence registration procedures so that rental households can clearly understand and implement them.

In particular, the locality focuses on infrastructure investment, actively calling for and attracting businesses to invest in building markets and supermarkets. In the period of 2021 - 2025, the commune has invested in 189 projects with a total investment of over 2 trillion VND. Up to now, 100% of rural roads in the commune are paved with concrete, 90% of roads have electric lighting systems. The traffic system connecting trade with many industrial parks and urban areas has been planned and built. From there, it contributes to promoting the strong development of business and service types.
