The Commune People's Committee has directed the shock force, commune police, and commune militia to urgently set up barricades, stretch ropes, and put up warning signs of dangerous areas at all key points.

Landslides occurred on a number of roads in the commune; gates, paths, and fences at Ea Dah Primary School were damaged; Km12+900 spillway bridge, Provincial Road 3 (a project under construction invested by the Krong Nang Construction Investment Project Management Board (old)); water rose high and flowed rapidly, making traffic impossible; Giang Chau village spillway bridge overflowed and flowed rapidly, so this area was temporarily isolated; a drainage culvert in village 13 was damaged.
A suspension bridge over a small stream in Xuan Lang 2 village was swept away by floodwaters; the water level of several irrigation lakes rose and overflowed the dam; a household in Xuan Thanh village had its house flooded; the water level of Ea Drong 2 dam rose and flooded the pond of a household in village 13.
Notably, 20 households in Xuan Thai 2 village were isolated due to rising floodwaters, but were rescued by authorities and taken to safety.
Damage to some roads, walkways, and school gates is initially estimated at about 500 million.
Regarding crops: Continuous heavy rains and large amounts of rain have flooded people's crops and trees, causing soil and rocks to flow into rice fields, mainly concentrated in low-lying areas. Due to the prolonged heavy rains, it is not possible to accurately estimate the damage.

According to Chairman of Phu Xuan Commune People's Committee Phan Tien Thanh, the situation of flooded areas and rising water level of Krong Nang River is complicated and there is a risk that some suspension bridges built by local people in the commune could be washed away.

Therefore, to ensure safety, the Commune People's Committee has issued a document directing response, ensuring safety in response and overcoming the consequences of rain, floods, landslides, and flash floods in the commune; assigning officers and civil servants to be on duty 24/7 to grasp the area, post and be on duty at potentially dangerous locations; continue to monitor and grasp the situation and update the latest reports.
The Commune People's Committee recommends that people: do not go through dangerous areas such as: suspension bridges, spillways and roads with high and fast water levels; do not go fishing in rivers, streams, lakes or flooded areas; strictly follow the instructions, directions and warnings of the village, the grassroots security and order forces and the functional forces on duty at dangerous areas.
