Accordingly, the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones shall review and count the Fire Prevention and Fighting Inter-family Teams (PCCC), public fire stations that have been built and maintained but not in accordance with the guiding criteria; family houses, houses for living combined with production and business that have not been equipped with portable fire extinguishers, and do not have a second exit. The results shall be sent to the Provincial Police before September 15, 2025.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Police to monitor and urge units and localities to implement the directive. At the same time, based on the results of the review and statistics of the Commune People's Committee, the Provincial Police shall preside over, guide, monitor and urge units to complete the construction of new or overcome existing problems and limitations for the Fire Safety Inter-Household Team, public fire fighting points, ensuring compliance with the guiding criteria; continue to mobilize households and homeowners to combine production and business to equip portable fire extinguishers, open a second escape route, equip automatic fire alarm systems and equipment to be completed before December 31, 2025. The Provincial Police shall promptly report and advise the Provincial People's Committee on matters under its authority.
