Building a team of intellectually strong staff to promote strong digital transformation

On August 8, the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of Lang Son Provincial Party Agencies was held with the participation of 182 delegates representing 12 grassroots party organizations and more than 800 party members active in the entire Party Committee.

During the 2025-2030 term, political and ideological work has been focused on strengthening and innovating by the Party Committees of Lang Son province's Party agencies, creating a clear change in awareness, contributing to strengthening trust, unifying will and action.

Leaders of the Provincial Party Committee and People's Council of Lang Son province attended the Congress.

Party committees and organizations at all levels have actively disseminated, thoroughly grasped and concretized the Resolutions, Directives and Regulations of the Central and Provincial Party Committees in many forms suitable to reality; issued directive documents and effectively implemented them.

The work of Party building and rectification, improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and organizations, and the quality of Party members are focused on; continuing to innovate leadership methods in the spirit of Resolution No. 28-NQ/TW, dated November 17, 2022, the 6th Conference of the Party Central Committee, 13th tenure.

Comrade Doan Thi Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee agencies, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Lang Son province delivered the opening speech of the Congress.

The application of science and technology and digital transformation in all aspects of work is given attention and directed to be implemented in accordance with the Party's practices.

In particular, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lang Son province has initiated and deployed the software "Managing and eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the province", and implemented the mailbox model "Listening to people's opinions to participate in Party and government building".

During the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of Lang Son Provincial Party agencies set a target that by 2030, 100% of grassroots party organizations, cadres and party members will carry out digital transformation and apply specialized software in performing tasks; 100% of work records will be processed entirely online.

Comrade Nguyen Hoang Tung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lang Son province presented the Political Report to the Congress.

Along with that, the Party Committee is determined that each year at least 95% of grassroots party organizations will apply information technology in party cell activities. The entire Party Committee will have at least 3 models or initiatives on administrative reform and digital transformation.

The Party Committee has identified the breakthrough focus in the coming term as building a team of brave, intelligent, honest, and professional cadres, thereby innovating cadre work in the direction of democracy, openness, transparency, and compliance with principles.

In addition, the Party Committee determined to proactively research and improve the quality of advisory and synthesis work; strengthen coordination between Party agencies, socio-political organizations, judiciary, and press in the struggle to protect ideological foundations and orient public opinion.

In particular, the Party Committee will strengthen the application of information technology, promote digital transformation in Party work and internal administration, gradually synchronize information systems and share data among agencies in the Party Committee, contributing to improving coordination efficiency, ensuring discipline, order and information security.
