- Madam, how has the Party Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade implemented and studied the resolution in the past time to create unity in the whole industry?

Ms. Nguyen Minh Hue: The Party Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade always identifies the implementation of resolutions as a key task, which has a decisive significance for the unity of awareness, will and action of the staff and Party members. Based on the resolutions of the Central Committee and the action program of the Government , the Party Committee has issued many specific implementation plans, closely linked to the tasks of each unit and the key work program of the Ministry.

The pillar resolutions related to socio-economic development, growth model innovation, institutional improvement, regional development, energy transition, industrialization and modernization are all key areas that the Industry and Trade sector is responsible for. Therefore, the widespread implementation of the resolution to each cadre and party member is not only to disseminate policies, but more importantly, to concretize the Party's guidelines in policy making, institution building and action plans of the Ministry.

Studying the resolution has created a clear change in awareness and paved the way for consensus across the industry.

Ms. Nguyen Minh Hue: The Party Committee of the Ministry has determined that strong innovation in political theory training is an inevitable requirement. The goal is to build a team of cadres and party members who are both steadfast in political ideology and proficient in professional skills, capable of adapting in the context of deep integration, green transformation and digital transformation taking place across the entire industry.

Accordingly, the content and training methods will be innovated in a practical and modern direction, closely following the important tasks of the Industry and Trade sector. Political classes not only convey resolutions, but also help each cadre and party member clearly understand their roles and responsibilities to turn resolutions into concrete actions.

The Party Committee of the Ministry also advocates the strong application of information technology: building an online learning system, an electronic library of resolutions, interactive lectures and an automatic testing and evaluation mechanism. This is an important factor that helps them both grasp resolutions and become a bridge to spread ideas and guide actions in each agency and unit.

Every young cadre and party member needs to be considered a propagandist. This is especially necessary in the context of the Industry and Trade sector carrying out many new tasks on digital transformation, green transformation, international integration and institutional reform.

Along with that, the work of setting an example by the Party Committee and leaders must be given top priority. When leaders at all levels “study for real, do for real”, the spirit of studying and practicing politics will spread naturally and sustainably.
