* Colonel Tran Van Le: In recent years, the Provincial Border Guard has done a good job of advising the Party Committee of the Border Guard Command, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial People's Committee on policies and measures to solve issues related to building a People's Border Defense, a People's Border Defense posture associated with the People's Security in the border areas, creating a foundation and basis for building the province's coastal border areas with political and social stability, strong economy, and solid national defense and security.
Despite facing many difficulties and challenges, with the correct and timely leadership and command of the Party Committee and the Provincial Border Guard Command, the sense of responsibility of officers and soldiers in studying, working, contributing, determination, creativity, daring to think, daring to do, ready to overcome all difficulties and challenges, and excellently completing all assigned tasks has been promoted.

To build a comprehensively strong Border Guard force, the Provincial Border Guard Party Committee and Command have focused on leading and directing the implementation of the work of building a strong force in terms of ideology, politics and organization as a solid foundation. The Provincial Border Guard has focused on improving the quality and effectiveness of political education work at the unit to raise awareness of officers and soldiers about the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws. Proactively grasp the situation and tasks, clearly recognize the plots, methods and tricks of sabotage activities of hostile forces and all kinds of subjects...
At the same time, we constantly strengthen the ideological position of the army, making the officers and soldiers in the unit have a strong political stance, good moral qualities, ready to receive and excellently complete all assigned tasks. In addition, the Provincial Border Guard also closely combines discipline and legal education with moral and lifestyle education; promotes studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in conjunction with effectively implementing the Campaign "Promoting tradition, dedicating talent, worthy of being Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the new period, ensuring depth, practical effectiveness, creating a clear change in ideological awareness, morality and lifestyle in each officer and soldier.

Along with building a politically strong force, the provincial Border Guard also seriously carries out the work of organizing forces, training, strictly implementing the regime, Party working regime, and political work. In particular, the focus is on the tasks of combat readiness, training, building discipline, fighting against crime, searching, rescuing, and military and national defense work, border defense; focusing on doing well the work of political and ideological education, raising awareness and responsibility, motivating officers and soldiers to strive, improving the quality of training, strictly maintaining combat readiness regimes; promoting the building of discipline, and training discipline.
Organize training and practice to master combat plans, fire prevention, search and rescue, etc. to ensure absolute safety for the area and unit during holidays, Tet, and important political events of the Party, State, Army, and locality. Implement well the coordination regulations in performing the task of protecting national security, maintaining social order and safety, and national defense tasks between the three forces of the Public Security, Military, and Border Guard according to Decree 03 of the Government.
Implementing the leadership and direction of the Provincial Border Guard Command, the units have seriously and on schedule deployed, ensuring the content, program, and training time for each subject in line with the task situation and locality; organizing the unit's weapons and technical equipment, focusing on organizing military training and cadre training; actively innovating the leadership, management and operation mechanism, training methods, and enhancing training for specialized officers and soldiers. Participating in competitions and sports events organized by superiors all achieved high results, the level and combat readiness were improved; the discipline, lifestyle, etiquette and military style were serious.

The task of protecting national border sovereignty and security requires strictness and comprehensiveness in all aspects.
