Mr. Nguyen Van Sau (residing in Tran Bien Ward) expressed his hope: “Tran Bien Ward has many advantages to develop modernly and synchronously in the coming time. I hope that the ward’s apparatus will serve the people more and more professionally, and many infrastructure projects will be quickly completed to make the urban appearance of the ward more spacious, modern, worthy of being the central ward of the province”.

High intensity adaptive apparatus

After the arrangement of wards and communes, Tran Bien ward was identified as the central ward, where the headquarters of Dong Nai province are located. The ward has a population of over 200 thousand people, ranked as the ward with the largest population in the province. Continuing to invest in developing a civilized and modern Tran Bien ward not only has the meaning of serving the people living in the ward, but also the face of the new Dong Nai province. This is both a driving force and a great pressure, requiring each ward official and civil servant to make more efforts, act decisively, strengthen discipline and aim for professionalism.

To perform well the role of the provincial central ward, Tran Bien ward will have to maximize the spirit of daring to think, daring to do and doing effectively. We must truly consider work efficiency as a measure to evaluate the capacity of the apparatus, including the capacity of each cadre, civil servant and public employee of the ward. In particular, the role of the head in the apparatus and specialized agencies must be demonstrated more clearly, meeting new requirements, when the tasks and powers assigned to the ward-level apparatus are much larger than before.

Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward Nguyen Duy Tan said that after more than 20 days of operation, the ward's apparatus is gradually stabilizing, and cadres, civil servants, and public employees are gradually getting used to the new work. The general spirit of the apparatus is to strive to adapt to the pressure of work, to do all the work, not counting the hours. In addition to working from Monday to Friday, on weekends, when there is still a lot of work, we have to work extra days off, to avoid work congestion, leading to delays in processing records and administrative procedures for people and businesses.

As a citizen who came to resolve administrative procedures related to land at the Tran Bien Ward Public Administration Service Center, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Hanh shared: “I feel happy because many administrative procedures have been decentralized to the ward to resolve for the people. The officers and civil servants at the Ward Public Administration Service Center all work very enthusiastically, with a gentle and friendly attitude towards the people. I rate the initial working spirit as quite good, and at the same time sympathize with the hardships of the ward officials in the first days of operating under the new model, the workload is very large so it is okay to wait a bit”.

Focus on key infrastructure projects

Not only focusing on prioritizing the stabilization of the apparatus and quickly putting it into stable and effective operation, according to the Standing Committee of the Tran Bien Ward Party Committee, the ward is urgently coordinating with relevant departments, branches and units to continue to accelerate the implementation of key projects in the ward. These projects are not only related to the face of the ward but also the face of the province, including very important projects.

Tran Bien Ward is working with the province to complete the mobilization and support for households and businesses that must relocate from Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park.
to prepare for the launch of the Project to Build a new political and administrative center of the province. With the strong direction of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee, this task is being implemented very well. Most households and businesses have complied with the policy of moving out of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, many of which have committed to handing over the premises on time, thereby minimizing the use of administrative enforcement measures.

Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward NGUYEN DUY TAN: Striving every day for Tran Bien Ward to constantly innovate, as the central ward of the province, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ward is always deeply aware of its role and responsibility, determined to improve the sense of responsibility to serve the people and businesses. Focusing on internal resources, at the same time mobilizing resources to build Tran Bien Ward to develop more and more, worthy of the trust and expectations of the people.

The leader of Tran Bien Ward People's Committee said that the ward is continuing to promote site clearance for projects, while coordinating with provincial units to urge contractors to speed up the progress of key traffic infrastructure projects. These include the following projects: Dong Nai Riverbank Road, Cai Riverbank Road, Central Axis Road and Thong Nhat Bridge. These projects, if completed early, will create fundamental changes to the traffic system, while opening up new development spaces for the ward.

Comrade Ho Van Ha, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, said that continuing to invest in completing infrastructure projects in Tran Bien Ward in the coming time is very important. To speed up these projects, the ward must proactively review and implement resettlement projects for affected people, especially serving the projects: Cai Riverside Road, Central Axis Road, Hiep Hoa Urban Area. In addition, the ward must proactively upgrade and renovate parks, playgrounds, and public parking lots to meet the great needs of a central ward with the largest population in the province.
