Truck crashes into medium voltage power pole, nearly 1,000 households in Dong Nai have power cut

TPO - The electricity industry has cut off power to nearly 1,000 households to repair and fix the problem of a truck crashing into a medium voltage power pole on line 476 Dau Giay - 477 Quang Trung.

At noon on May 20, Thong Nhat Electricity ( Dong Nai ) was still dealing with a traffic accident that affected a medium voltage power line that had just occurred in Quang Trung commune (Thong Nhat district, Dong Nai).

Workers are repairing and replacing an electric pole that was broken by a car.

According to initial information, in the early morning of the same day, a truck with license plate 49E-019.33 traveling on National Highway 20 crashed into the roadside and broke a medium voltage power pole on route 476 Dau Giay - 477 Quang Trung (Quang Trung commune).

The accident injured the co-driver and severely damaged the truck. Immediately after the incident, Thong Nhat Electricity mobilized vehicles and staff to the scene and coordinated with the police to make a record of the incident.

Although the incident did not cause a power outage, Thong Nhat Electricity had to cut off power to nearly 1,000 households to repair and replace damaged medium voltage poles. The cause of the incident is being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
