Xin Man completes program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses

BHG - Implementing the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses launched by the Prime Minister, by the end of May, Xin Man district had completed the plan with 617/617 houses built and repaired, reaching a rate of 100%. This is a result of special significance, contributing to stabilizing the lives of people, especially poor and near-poor households in the mountainous border areas with many difficulties.

This is a result of special significance, contributing to stabilizing the lives of people, especially poor and near-poor households in the mountainous border areas with many difficulties.

The new house completed in March 2025 of Mr. Sung Seo Lao's family, Nan Ma village, Nan Ma commune.

Specifically, of the total 617 completed houses, 570 were newly built (including 472 houses for poor households and 98 houses for near-poor households) and 47 houses were repaired (including 35 poor households and 12 near-poor households). The funding source for the program is 35.61 billion VND, of which 33.96 billion VND has been disbursed to households to date, reaching 95.36%. All projects ensure progress, quality and suitability to the actual conditions of each household.

The completion of the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses clearly demonstrates the deep concern of the Party and State for the poor. At the same time, it affirms the determination of the Party Committee, the government and the consensus of the people in social security work, contributing to building an increasingly stable and developed locality.
