Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee decided to administratively fine De Vuong Lang Co Hotel Company Limited (located at An Cu Tan residential group, Lang Co town, Phu Loc district) VND 80 million for putting the De Vuong Lang Co Hotel into operation and use without a document approving the results of fire safety inspection.
The Provincial People's Committee requests that De Vuong Lang Co Hotel Company Limited must strictly comply with this penalty decision. If the Company fails to voluntarily comply within the deadline, it will be forced to comply according to the provisions of law.
De Vuong Lang Co Hotel Company Limited is one of 23 business establishments that have been suspended or temporarily suspended by authorities due to violations of fire prevention and fighting regulations. Of the 23 violating establishments, 18 establishments have had their entire operations suspended by authorities; 5 establishments have had their operations suspended by specific items.
