Penalty for petroleum business enterprises in Nam Dinh

Recently, Market Management Team No. 5 - Market Management Department of Nam Dinh province has inspected the compliance with the law in trading goods and services for private enterprise HT, which is trading in gasoline, located in Hai Hau district (Nam Dinh province) according to the approved plan.

Market Management Team No. 5 discovered that private enterprise HT was trading in gasoline but its business eligibility certificate had expired.

The inspection team drew up a record of administrative violations against the private enterprise HT and submitted it to the Director of the Market Management Department of Nam Dinh province to issue a decision to impose an administrative penalty on this enterprise, with a fine of 45,000,000 VND and forced to return illegal profits of over 1,000,000 VND.

According to the Market Management Department of Nam Dinh province, the above enterprise voluntarily and strictly complied with the decision to impose administrative sanctions.

In the coming time, Market Management Team No. 5 will continue to implement the approved work program, focusing on inspecting goods that have a great impact on economic and social development, national security and defense, and people's lives such as gasoline, food, agricultural materials, etc.
