This afternoon, June 15, the leader of the People's Committee of Gio Linh town, Gio Linh district, said that in the garden of Mr. Trinh Thai Nhat's family, Ha Thuong quarter, a deep hole with a diameter of nearly 5 meters appeared, the depth of which has not been determined.

Immediately after receiving the report from the people, the Town People's Committee coordinated with the professional agencies of Gio Linh district to conduct an on-site inspection and set up barriers and warning signs.

To ensure the safety of the people and avoid unfortunate accidents, the Town People's Committee has requested the Ha Thuong Quarter Chief to notify all residents in the neighborhood (especially children) not to go near the above-mentioned area and to notify residents to check around their gardens. If a similar situation is discovered, promptly report to the local authorities for a solution.

At the same time, it is recommended that Mr. Trinh Thai Nhat's household have a plan to evacuate people and property to a safe place, and not allow others to approach the deep hole out of curiosity to ensure the safety of life and property.
