This program aims to popularize artificial intelligence (AI) to all classes of people, contributing to the creation of a comprehensive and sustainable digital society. Each graduating lecturer will spread digital knowledge, support the community in mastering technology, enhancing competitiveness and digital thinking.
By connecting and gathering 1,000 domestic and foreign experts and intellectuals, the consulting and teaching network will create an open, interdisciplinary and practical academic community. This is a sustainable foundation for the development of AI human resources in Vietnam in the future.
The Academic Advisory Council, consisting of scientists , technology experts, and businessmen, has also been launched. This is the core force that guides academic strategy, ensuring the quality, standards, and updates of the training program.

Dr. Tran Viet Hung (Hung Tran), CEO of Got It, founder and operator of several AI-related projects in Vietnam and the US - a member of the program's advisory board - said: In the past 3 years, AI has developed dramatically in Vietnam. Researching AI in Vietnam to produce results like DeepSeek is very difficult. The practical direction is to popularize AI to create value first, master it, and then innovate. Currently, the application of AI to daily tasks is still slow and has not had significant results. Therefore, learning AI skills to help work more effectively, faster and with better quality is useful.
Sharing at the program launching ceremony, Associate Professor Le Chi Ngoc and Dr. Han Huy Dung ( Hanoi University of Science and Technology) noted that the use of AI in learning, research and work must comply with ethical principles and be economical, taking advantage of, not abusing, AI.
"Digital Education for All" is a movement to materialize Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation. In March 2025, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh launched the movement and the "Digital Education for All" platform was launched on the same day.
