Mr. Le Thanh Ha, 78 years old, residing in the same hamlet, also said: "This is the first time I have gone through administrative procedures and also been able to use a free massage chair. This shows that the commune government really cares about the people, especially the elderly".

According to Mr. Hong Minh Quyen, Deputy Director of the Public Administration Service Center of Lieu Tu Commune, the two massage chairs were equipped from social mobilization sources, serving all people coming to do administrative procedures, especially the elderly and people with poor health. These devices are easy to use, there are always staff to guide the operation and are completely free.

Not only focusing on material conditions, the Center also enhances solutions to support people in the process of handling administrative procedures. At the document reception counters, there are machines to evaluate people's satisfaction to receive feedback. For cases requiring photocopies of documents in small quantities, the Center also supports free implementation. In addition, the Center also arranges 2 civil servants to support people in performing online public services, contributing to the rate of online submission of documents in the commune currently reaching over 94%. Lieu Tu commune has over 70% of the population being ethnic minorities. Therefore, among the 7 officials and civil servants of the One-Stop-Shop Department, the commune leaders arranged 4 officials and civil servants who are Khmer ethnic people to facilitate communication and support people when coming to do procedures.

Mr. Hong Minh Quyen said: “We will regularly promote the sense of responsibility and attitude of serving the people among the civil servants working at the Center. At the same time, we will closely coordinate with the specialized departments of the Commune People's Committee to resolve administrative procedures quickly and in accordance with regulations, avoiding causing trouble for the people. Inspection and supervision work is also carried out regularly to promptly correct any signs of lack of responsibility in performing public duties."
