16 candidates won prizes in the Informatics Competition for young cadres, civil servants and public employees

On the morning of June 12, at Duy Tan International Information Technology Center (Tuy Hoa City), the Department of Science and Technology coordinated with the Provincial Informatics Association and the Provincial Youth Union to organize the Informatics Competition for young cadres, civil servants and public employees of Phu Yen province in 2025.

Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology Lam Vu My Hanh awarded prizes to 3 first prize winners at the contest.

This is an annual competition, aiming to improve digital capacity for union members, youth, civil servants and young public employees and promote the effective application of IT in performing tasks, while supporting young civil servants and public employees to achieve office IT skills certificates according to international standards...

This year's contest has 33 contestants who are officials, civil servants, public employees and workers (not over 35 years old) at state agencies and public service units in the province participating. Contestants demonstrate knowledge and practical skills that meet the IT skills standards according to Circular 03/2014/TT-BTTTT dated March 11, 2014 on IT skills standards; test Microsoft Office 2019 skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) according to international standards and test using Gmetrix MOS software.

At the end of the contest, the organizing committee awarded 3 first prizes, 3 second prizes, 4 third prizes and 6 consolation prizes to the contestants who completed the best in the competitions.
